Our Secondary Sources page is currently divided into several sections, including “Medieval Alliterative Poetry in Tolkien,” “Tolkien and Philology,” and “New Old English.” The team also plans to expand the page to include sources on Tolkien’s interaction with Middle English alliterative poetry.
